Ahoy there, Jing! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so excited to hear from more Guests from the Southern Hemisphere ahead of the
Disney Magic at Sea sailings from Australia and New Zealand! As someone with plans to visit Australia for the first time in 2024 to catch a
South Pacific itinerary, I can't wait for everyone to meet my favorite ship in the fleet, the
Disney Wonder!
When it comes to logging into your Disney account, the one-time passcode is something that is usually sent when you're logging in on a new device or when you've forgotten your password. When you download your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app ahead of your sailing, you should only be required to enter a one-time passcode...er...one time, haha! I'd suggest logging in to your account at the port to ensure you still have cellular service, and then turning on airplane mode once you board to be as disconnected from the "real world" as possible - you're on "cruise time" now!
Also, while aboard the ship, the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app is available to use on the ship's wifi without an additional charge - and the same goes for several other websites that fall under The Walt Disney Company umbrella. So, whether you're looking to
book another Disney Cruise Line vacation, check your schedule of
activities for the day, or get the itch to book a
Walt Disney World Resort or
Disneyland Resort vacation, you'll be good to go.
If you run into any issues once aboard,
Guest Services located on Deck 3, Midship, should be able to help you clear the way for smoother sailing!
I hope that helps you set a course for your adventure and put wind in your sails, Jing! Thank you so much for your question, and if any others surface before you embark, drop us another message in a bottle here at planDisney!
Until then, may your anchor be tight and your compass true!
Andrew
