    I noticed that Min and Bill's Dockside Diner participates in the Fantasmic dinner package yet I can't figure out how to make reservations for the package when it seems to be a quick service restaurant?

    Hi Donna!

          The Min and Bill's Dockside Diner was offering a Fantasmic Dinner Package for 10 days starting March 25th to April 4th, 2013.  Here is an article about it in the Disney Parks Blog.  It is not currently being offered as a Fantasmic Diner Package currently as I am answering your question, but that doesn't mean that it will not be brought back in the future!  You can always call 407-WDW-DINE to inquire about availability or to make reservations if there is availability.
