Noticed that I'll be able to have a tour of the Disneyland Hotel during my stay. How far in advance do I need to book? Just mention my at my check-in or give a call? Roughly how long does the tour last? Thanks as always!

A warm planDisney welcome to you, Tom. We're so glad you came back to visit us with this question. We're getting closer and closer to your visit and it sounds like you have quite the magical lineup in store. Let the countdown begin!

I chatted with a wonderful Cast Member at the Disneyland Hotel who shared that you can call the Front Desk at 714-778-6600 to sign up for the Disneyland Hotel Tour up to 10 days in advance. This tour is open to Guests staying at any of the three Disneyland Resort hotels and typically lasts about an hour. You will provide your hotel reservation confirmation number and they will add you to the list. That's all there is to it.

I haven't taken this tour yet, and actually just discovered it not too long ago on the Disneyland website. I will definitely be adding this to my list of activities for my next stay. The Disneyland Hotel is so iconic and I love all of the nostalgic vibes I get when staying there. Have you checked out the episode featuring the Disneyland Hotel and its history on Behind the Attraction on Disney+ (Season 1, Episode 7)? It offers a great overview of the history and I loved seeing all of the vintage footage.

Tom, I hope this is helpful as you add another great activity to your upcoming magical visit. Let us know if there's anything else that we can help with. I hope the tour is a wonderful experience and would love to hear your thoughts on it.

    See ya real soon!
