    Hi. I noticed that the garden view rooms @ Port Orleans Riverside state they are queen beds. Does this mean that these rooms are already renovated? Thanks.

    Hi Jeannie,

    I called Disney's Port Orleans Resort Riverside this morning to check on the progress of the renovation that started there back in May of 2011.  While they have successfully renovated quite a few of the buildings at this resort, they still have a number to complete.  They currently project these renovations to end in summer 2012. The Cast Member I spoke to suggested that you call your travel agent or the Disney Travel Agency at (407) W-DISNEY to note on your reservation that you would like one of the newly renovated rooms.  Although no room request is ever guaranteed, she seemed confident that your request would be met since so many newly renovated rooms will be available by your vacation.
