I noticed different hotels have food/drinks that you can buy by the pool. Are you able to go there, have something to eat/drink, if you are not staying that that hotel? If so, can you also swim there, even though you aren't staying there?

    Hi Michelle,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! One of my family's favorite things to do on vacation when we are away from the parks is check out other Disney Resort Hotels. Having a meal or a cocktail is the perfect way to experience the atmosphere and theming of the many beautiful Disney Resort Hotels.

Dining and Recreation options are available to all Guests whether or not you are staying in a particular Resort. You may need to make reservations in advance for certain restaurants or activities, but if you just want to walk around and explore, feel free!

The one exception to this is the pool area. Guests may only swim in the Resort Hotel pool of the Resort in which they are staying. It is my understanding that restaurants and bars are located outside the pool gates at each Resort, so you should be fine to grab a drink or a snack anywhere. You'll just have to save the swimming for your own Resort.

I hope this helps you plan an exciting vacation, Michelle. Thank you for your question. Hope to see you real soon!
