Hi! I noticed the cancellation policies for restaurants (ex. Cinderella's royal table, etc) are no longer provided in the description. Where can I find cancellation policies for restaurants that require pre-pmt/credit card #"s? Thanks!

    Hello there Cristin!

The new website does offer guests a way to really customize their upcoming vacations, but it does take some getting used to.  I was just helping a guest with this very question the other night, check out my response for them.  I was not able to find the actual cancellation policy on the website, but I check with a cast member to make sure I had the most up to date information.  Restaurants such as Cinderella's Royal Table, Hoop- Dee- Doo Musical Review and Mickey's Backyard Barbecue require the cancellation be made 24 hours in advance.  If you fail to do so, you credit card will be charged the entire cost of the meal.  Other restaurants such as Chef Mickey's also require a 24 hour cancellation notice, but will only charge $10 per a person if you should not cancel in time.  This policy is always subject to change so make sure to check with a  cast member when making your reservation so that you aware of the current policy.  Thank you for visiting us at The Mom's Panel and we are always thrilled to answer any of your questions!

    Best Wishes!
