I noticed Avatar Flight of Passage has a note that guests of certain shapes and sizes may not be able to ride. Is there any information on the weight or heights the ride can accommodate? Don't want to stand in line to be turned around. Thanks

    Hi Jennifer!

The new Pandora-The World of Avatar located in the Animal Kingdom park is simply amazing. You won't even have to ride the new attractions to enjoy this area as it is full of gorgeous landscaping.

The Flights of Wonder is awesome but the ride vehicles are restrictive making it hard for a larger size body to fit. We have been told if they have not already put a ride vehicle on display they will be doing that soon so guests can check to see if they could ride. Obviously it would be a shame to stand in line and find out you cannot be restrained properly to experience the attraction.

There is no specific size that it allows but more how comfortable a person can be when the restraints are put into place. They are pad like braces behind your back and upper arms/chest as well as behind the knees. The only way you would know is to try the sample vehicle.  I will say that the queue line is pretty amazing inside so if you wish to wait with family it is fun to see some of those sights. You can always exit before the actual ride experience.

Ihope you will find you can enjoy this new attraction but there is more to enjoy there so I am sure you will have fun! Be sure and try some of the good food over at the new Satu'li Canteen during your visit.
