    Hello - I have noticed that you are able to ship products back within the US directly from the parks. Is it also possible to purchase items in the park and then ship them back to the UK (obv with a cost)?

    Hiya, Darren!

    You betcha, souvenirs purchased directly from Disney-operated shops at the Disneyland Resort can be shipped directly home, including to domestic and international destinations. I learned from my planDisney pal Al that there are a handful of countries to which packages may not be shipped this way due to certain customs restrictions. But that list of countries is quite short. And the last time we checked, the United Kingdom was not on the list. So you could be good to go!

    Shipping Disney merchandise from the Disneyland Resort is based on the purchase price of the items being shipped rather than on size or weight. So it’s critical to save your purchase receipts to present when placing a shipping request. Also, shipping prices and supported destinations are subject to change without notice. So it’s always best to check with a Cast Member at participating shops for the latest information and pricing.

    Besides shipping souvenirs home, here are a few other related services that may interest you:

    • Package Check Service. If you would like to keep a purchase made in the theme parks with you while visiting Southern California but don’t necessarily want to carry them with you through the parks, you may take advantage of the complimentary package check service available at select locations. Simply take your in-park purchases to one of the participating locations, show them your receipt(s), and fill out the forms to have them hold on to your purchases.
    • Complimentary Hotel delivery. If you are a Guest of one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels, you may request that a purchase from a Disney-operated shop be delivered to your hotel. You may pick up your purchase at a designated shop located at your hotel the next day.
    • Other Shipping Services. Each Disneyland Resort Hotel provides shipping services. Take your pre-packed, and pre-labeled parcels to the hotel Bell Desk for shipment. Shipping and handling fees apply.
