Hi, I notice in the policy for restaurant reservations, if ordering Kosher foods, one must call the Chef directly at least 24 hrs in advance. What is a Kosher meal?

The Walt Disney World has an outstanding Food and Beverage team that strives to meet the needs of guests with special dietary needs. People with food allergies, vegetarians, healthy eaters, and serious foodies can all find choices to meet their needs. Those who want a Kosher meal, food that has been prepared according to Jewish laws, may request it 24 hours in advance. If you have any specific food needs call (407) 939-3463 or visit the Special Dietary Requests page.
