Hello, Cindy! I see you’re looking forward to your wintertime Walt Disney World Resort Vacation! December is a fabulous time to visit, with it’s cool temperatures, and early night times. When the sun goes down ahead of schedule, that typically means that nighttime spectaculars occur a little earlier.
For example, December 2016 had Jingle Bell Jingle BAM! at
Disney’s Hollywood Studios beginning at 6:15pm. It was plenty dark. So dark, in fact, I had to rummage through my snack pack for my stashed away Mickey pretzel to enjoy during the show! So don’t fret; showtimes for nighttime shows like fireworks, evening parades (
Rivers of Light), and
projection shows are always being added. With early nightfall, it may be a recipe for your perfect night!
Be sure to take a peek at schedules when you check into your Resort hotel; either the front desk or concierge should have them readily available. Have a magical vacation! ~ Lindsey P.
