    I notice there are discounts listed for almost the entire year except for the summer season. My husband and I are teachers and we can only travel during the summer. Can I expect any summer season discounts to be offered or are we out of luck?

    I want to first say that on behalf of Disney World and the MOMS Panel, we love and appreciate all of our teachers!!!  Thanks for what you and your husband do each and every day to teach and encourage our kids to reach their potential!!!  You all are the BEST!

    As of right now, there are no Walt Disney World discounts available during the summer.  The advertised discounts end on June 14th.  While there might not be any discounts right now, there are ways to experience the Disney Magic on a budget.  I have five children, so I have done this many times!  For example, our family takes advantage of the Value Resorts and the Disney Dining Plan.  If you would like to see just how affordable a Disney Vacation can be, click HERE.   

    Several years ago, our family priced a Disney World vacation and a vacation destination close to our home in Texas.  When we compared the prices of both trips, we were pleasantly surprised just how affordable a Disney World vacation can be.
