I see a note when booking nursery that says I need to reserve one hour for my child’s initial visit to complete registration. Does that mean I need to book one hour at a different time? Or is that done when I drop her off?

Welcome back to planDisney, Nina!  If you were able to make a reservation for "it's a small world!" nursery, your Disney Cruise Line sailing is on the horizon.

I checked in with the Disney Cruise Line Help Center about your question, and registration can be completed within the hour you have already reserved.  You need to reserve a full hour for the first booking, as opposed to a half hour. After the first hour, you can book in half-hour increments.  The trained counselors in the nursery will be available to feed or change your child if needed.  Don't forget to drop off baby food, formula or milk bottles, diapers or pull-ups and wipes, pacifiers, and extra clothing.

While your child is in "it's a small world!" nursery, I hope you will take advantage of adult-exclusive areas like Quiet Cove Pool or Palo.  Maybe you want to watch Funnel Vision while eating an ice cream cone on the pool deck or take a nap in your stateroom.  There are so many things to do on Disney Cruise Line, so I hope you find just the right activities to make your vacation even more magical.

Nina, if you have any other questions, planDisney is here to help.

    Happy Planning!
