Hi there, Ana Lourdes!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question about the Walt Disney World
Annual Passholder program.
I'm so sorry to hear you haven't yet received your Orange Bird Annual Passholder magnet. I was so excited to hear my little buddy Orange Bird was going to be featured on this year's magnet - he's such a cutie! Orange Bird was born the same year as I was, 1970, and was originally created as a mascot for the Florida Citrus Commission. I remember seeing Orange Bird as a child, and was excited when he made his grand return to
Sunshine Tree Terrace in Magic Kingdom Park in 2012! Guests love getting photos made in front of the Orange Bird mural in
Disney Springs.
The Orange Bird magnets were due to be mailed out to active Passholders in early summer. I'm aware that there was a delay in some Passholders receiving their magnets due to the recent pandemic. If you did not receive yours, I encourage you to call and speak to a Cast Member at (407) WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277. You can also reach out
via this convenient online email (select
Annual Passholder Information for the subject line).
It's also a good idea to make sure the current mailing address in your
My Disney Experience account is up to date by following these steps for each adult Passholder in your household:
1) Sign in to your MyDisneyExperience account.
2) Select "Profile".
3) Select "Contact Information".
4) Confirm that your mailing address is correct, or make any changes necessary.
Hopefully, the Walt Disney World Cast Members will be able to help, and your request for your Orange Bird Annual Passholder magnet can be fulfilled.
Thanks again for stopping by planDisney - I hope Orange Bird will be flying into your mailbox soon!
