    We have not yet decided which property to stay at when we visit. I have read many, many past postings and am just getting more confused about the water activities. If we stay at one property, we can visit another "beach" to enjoy the rentals?

    Hi Kathy!

    Absolutely!  My family does that quite often.  For example, our favorite Disney Moderate Resort is Port Orleans Riverside.  However, when we rent a boat, we like to rent it on Bay Lake or on the Seven Seas Lagoon.  Thus we will head over to one of the Magic Kingdom resorts or to Fort Wilderness and rent there.
