    Have not been to WDW in 5 Years, Have a reservation at Pop Century, but need to set up My Disney Experience, Buy Park tickets, and request Disability Service for our 10 year old adopted son

    Hi Deborah! Welcome to planDisney.

    Oh Boy! There is so much to cover. Let's jump in to ensure you have a magical stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort and immersive fun at the theme parks. Setting up a My Disney Experience Account is a must and easy to do by clicking on the "Sign In or Create Account" tab. I suggest you also down the My Disney Experience Mobile App to your smart device. This app will be your guide and source of information while at the theme parks. You can buy your theme parks right from the app and link all of your park plans.

    Speaking of Theme Park Tickets, it is pretty important you take care of securing your tickets. You can buy online or through the mobile app. Since it has been a while since you visited, I want to let you know that, currently, you need both a valid theme park ticket and Disney Park Pass Reservation in order to enter the parks. Here is the availability calendar to verify the parks you would like to visit are available. Make sure your Theme Park Tickets are linked in the app by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner and clicking on "Tickets and Passes." If they are not visible tap on the "+" sign at the top right-hand corner and choose "Link Tickets & Passes." Follow the prompts to enter your ticket number. Also, you want to link every member of your travel party in the "Family & Friends List" under "My Profile." This will enable you to make plans for everyone traveling together.

    Finally, the Disability Access Service (DAS) can be applied for in two ways. First, you only have today to pre-register via video chat with Cast Member. This must be completed at least two days prior to your arrival. However, if you cannot complete this task today, once you enter the theme park, stop by Guest Relations with your son for an interview. Once approved, you will be able to make return times for select attractions right from the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Alternatively, stop by the blue tents to ask for assistance from the Guest Experience Team.
