I wish I knew a little more about your son & your plans, such as which parks you plan to visit and which Characters he loves best, so I could be more specific!
Be sure to ask for a special complimentary Birthday button for your son to wear, either at your Resort, or at Guest Relations in the Park. You never know how Cast Members may wish him a Happy Birthday!
My sons love anything to do with ACTION! So, Hollywood Studios is a MUST DO: Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, Star Tours, Jedi Training Academy, Toy Story Mania, Lights! Motors! Action! Extreme Stunt Show, & Honey I Shrunk the Kids Action Adventure Set!
At the Magic Kingdom: Pirates of the Caribbean, Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Space Mountain, Tom Sawyer Island, The Haunted Mansion, Astro Orbiter, Frontierland Shootin' Arcade, & The Walt Disney World Railroad!
For Character Dinners, I suggest Chef Mickey's at The Contemporary Resort or 'Ohana's Best Friend Breakfast at The Polynesian with Lilo & Stitch, both a short Monorail ride away from the Magic Kingdom. Make sure you let the Cast Members that it is your son's birthday upon making reservations & arrival.
You can also arrange for a special experience like the
Pirates League, where your son will be transformed into a Pirate, followed by the
Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage! This is sure to be something he will never forget!
There are also some special ways to
Celebrate Your Special Occasion, with special cakes, room decorations, etc...!
I hope your son has a magical birthday!!!
