I have not been to WDW in years, although we live within a couple of hours drive. I loved your video and the information about the Fastpass. Thanks. Where can I get the best margarita in the park while I let everybody else play in the Florida sunshine?

    Hi William,

Thanks for the kind words! I love sharing what I've learned about Walt Disney World with others.

You have lots of choices if you want to enjoy a margarita in the parks or resorts, but my favorite place, hands down, is La Cava del Tequila inside the Mexico pavilion at Epcot. I'm a traditionalist who prefers a classic margarita on the rocks with salt. The ones at La Cava are killer, and the knowledgeable serves at the tequila bar mix up a number of versions, including cucumber and blood orange. Or you can choose to sip any of the 100 varieties of tequilas straight up.

If you are looking for a great margarita with a meal, I again recommend you head to Mexico, either to the La Hacienda de Angel or San Angel Inn. Some Moms Panel friends and I recently had a chance to sample the margaritas and food at La Hacienda. One of my friends swears by the avocado margarita, and I tried the Rosita, similar to a classic but with rose infusion instead of agave nectar and with hibiscus salt on the rim. It was interesting, if a little flowery for my taste.

Most of the lounges in the resorts serve from a common menu. The jalapeno margarita is one of the more interesting versions.

And we've found that the pool bars usually make a quite nice classic margarita on the rocks. We're especially fond of the staff at Petals at Pop Century.

Thanks, William, for your question. Please let me know if I can offer any more assistance as you plan your first trip back to Walt Disney World in a while. Cheers!
