    If not using a dining plan, is it possible for a 10-year-old to order off of the kid’s menu at a Table Service or Quick Service restaurant?

    Hi Amber,

    Thanks for posting your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Questions about dining at Walt Disney World Resort are among my favorites.

    Yes, a 10-year-old is welcome to make a selection from the children's menu at table service and quick service locations. In fact, I know adults looking for a smaller portion who do the same. It's no problem at all. The only exception, of course, would be for Guests who are dining at a table service restaurant that offers a buffet or family-style meal. In that case, Guests 10 and older would pay the adult fee. 

    If you need any suggestions for where to dine, just let us know. There are so many fabulous choices. Did you know that there are over 650 food and beverage locations at Walt Disney World Resort? Oh, the possibilities! If there's a particular cuisine you seek, we'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
