    Hi Delores! Welcome to planDisney.

Gawrsh! I am beyond sorry to read your husband is experiencing some health challenges. I am the primary caregiver to my parents, so I understand these times can be difficult both for the patient and nurturer. I am sending virtual Pixie Dust for healing wishes. If your Theme Park Tickets were purchased from Disney Destinations, LLC or The Walt Disney World Travel Company, Inc. through June 6, 2020, with a valid use beginning March 20, 2020, or later, you have options that only apply to your scenario.

First, you can use the unused portion or value of your expired ticket towards the purchase of a new Theme Park Ticket. Also available to you is Ticket Modification as well as any Disney Resorts Hotel Packages with tickets may be modified. And finally, you can cancel your Theme Park Ticket if you do not wish to use them anymore. To discuss these options, you will need to call the Disney Reservation Center. Here is a link to the complete policy.
