    Hi! We are not sure who the lead guest on our group is. My daughter has sent a package to the resort under her name(including the word GUEST).Will this be an inconvenience when picking it up at front desk?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    To answer your first question, the “lead” Guest is the first (adult) person whose name appears on the reservation. As for shipping packages to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, it shouldn’t matter if your daughter’s name appears on the package and not that of the “Lead Guest”. Provided her name is on your family’s upcoming Walt Disney World Resort Reservation, the package should make it to your Resort, without any problems. 

    If you want to help ensure your package gets delivered properly, I would recommend contacting your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel (you can get the phone number on your Resort's landing page) and notifying them that you’ll be expecting a package during your stay. Make sure to provide them with a tracking number, if you have it, that way, they’ll be on the lookout!
