    I have not been successful at making any dining reservations. I I have been trying for over a month and have been unsuccessful at making even one reservation for a character dining restaurant. This is my granddaughter's first visit

    I have a huge smile on my face as I think of all the special moments you are going to experience with your granddaughter soon! There is nothing quite like a first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I vividly remember the way my little ones' faces lit up the first time they saw their favorite Character or rode a colorful attraction for the first time. You will have so much fun!

    I understand how frustrating it can be when trying to get dining reservations, especially popular ones like Character Dining. Character Dining locations are so sought after that they are usually booked up 60 days in advance. I encourage you to continue checking because you never know when a last-minute cancellation will open. Other Guests' plans change frequently, so you just might find that a spot opens for you and your family!

    You can also consider stopping by the dining locations the day of your visit to ask for any availability. They may still be all booked up, but it doesn't hurt to ask!
