I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some difficulty booking your
Theme Park Reservations. Technical difficulties aren't the least bit magical, are they? Let's see if we can get this sorted out for you!
It sounds like you've already purchased your Theme Park Tickets. Super great! That's the very first step and you've checked it off already. Moving on! Have you been able to link your Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience account? If you haven't, let's start there. Setting up a
My Disney Experience account is easy. Click on the blue "Sign In or Create Account" link at the top of the Walt Disney World Resort website. Then, just follow the prompts to create your account. Once you've created your account, hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the homepage and then select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. Scroll down that page until you see the Park Tickets icon. Hover over the icon and click on "Link Tickets." There you can add your ticket ID number to link up to 10 tickets to your My Disney Experience account.
Now that your tickets are linked, you can make your Theme Park Reservations! On your My Disney Experience planning page, you'll see a Park Reservations icon right next to the Park Tickets icon we used to get your tickets linked to your account. Hover over the Park Reservations icon and click on "Make a Park Reservation." Follow the prompts to create your party and make your Disney Park Pass selections!
If you still continue to experience difficulty booking your Theme Park Reservations, I have two suggestions. The first is to try a different internet browser. I've had the best luck navigating the Walt Disney World Resort website using either Safari or Google Chrome. The second is to call the My Disney Experience Team at (407) 939-4357. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! I once had some trouble managing my plans on My Disney Experience, and a Cast Member was able to access my account and manually resolve the issue for me.
