If we are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, but have a 10 Day Park-Hopper Ticket, when can we start making dining reservations on My Disney Experioence ??? Thanks

Hey there, Susan! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!

I love that you’re already planning out your dining schedule for a 2026 vacation. You must be a top-notch Disney vacation planner because you know the importance of choosing your restaurants and snacks in advance. And you’re using planDisney, of course. Nice job!

Let’s dive into your culinary query and see what we can cook up.

All guests can make dining reservations 60 days in advance, but if you have a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation you can make dining reservations for your entire stay (up to 10 days) at that 60-day mark. Since you are staying elsewhere, you’ll need to make reservations 60 days ahead from each day of your trip. So you might need to book on December 31, 2025, January 1, 2026, January 2, 2026, and so on (based on the dates you provide).

Remember, new dining reservations open at 6:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) each day and many restaurant reservations get gobbled up quickly! So put a reminder on your calendar, set multiple alarms, put sticky notes all over your house, and do whatever you need to do to remember that date and time. Cinderella’s Royal Table, California Grill, Space 2020, and most character dining experiences are particularly popular reservations.

Susan, I hope this helps with your vacation planning. I'm sure you'll have an entire menu of dining options ready by your reservation date. Be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest news on Disney dining, and you can always come right back to planDisney if you have any more questions. Our panelists are always happy to help!

    Bon appétit!
