    If you are not staying on the resort, can you still purchase a dining plan?

    Thank you so much for your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!!!  This is a very popular question about the Disney Dining Plan!

    The Disney Dining Plan is only available for those guests staying in a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  This is one of the great perks of being a Walt Disney World Resort Guest!!!  The Dining Plan Credits are preloaded to the Key to the World Cards that Walt Disney World Resort Guests receive upon check-in.
