Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Paula! Thanks for stopping by and for directing your question my way.
Paula, I’m thrilled you are visiting during one of my favorite seasons of the year. Late spring is wonderful in Florida! The weather is still pleasant, Mother’s Day is around the corner, and my favorite festival in Epcot, the
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, is in full bloom! The best part? This festival is included with your theme park entrance! That’s the power of magic.
To be able to enjoy Disney’s Dining Plans, you must be staying at one of Disney’s Resort Hotels on property. But like Timon and Pumbaa say, hakuna matata; no worries! You can still enjoy all the delicious restaurants throughout the Walt Disney World Resort during your visit. Make sure you start making those
Advanced Dining Reservations soon since availability is limited and they can book up fast. You can start making all your reservations as early as 180-days in advance.
Have fun dreaming up and planning all your meals for your upcoming visit. If you need any ideas, some of my current favorites are Boma - Flavors of Africa, at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge,
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' in Disney Springs, and
Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort. Make sure you ask for some ketchup at Whispering Canyon!
All that food talk just gave me a rumbly in my tumbly. I’m off for a snack but I hope to see ya back real soon!
