We are not staying at any of the Disney Resorts. If we drive to let's say Magic Kingdom is there parking? Also, who do we hop from park to park. What's the transportation between parks?

    Hi Alta,

Thanks for writing.  Yes, there are large parking lots at all of the Disney theme parks, water parks and Downtown Disney.   There is a parking fee at the four main theme parks, that is currently, $14 per day for a car.  Campers/trailers are $15 per day.  There is no fee to park at the water parks or Downtown Disney.  With the exception of the Magic Kingdom, the parking lots are located outside the entrance of the parks.  If you plan on visiting the Magic Kingdom, you will park at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC), and need to take either a boat or monorail to the park's entrance.  The parking lots are huge, but don't worry!  There are trams that run from each section to get you from the lot to the entrance of the parks (or to the boarding area for the monorail/boat dock at the TTC).

If you want to visit multiple parks in a given day, you can either leave your car at the lot you entered, and use Disney transportation to get to another park, or you can use your own car and drive.  You will only need to pay one.  Just keep your parking receipt displayed on your dashboard.

    Have a wonderful visit!
