We are not staying on a Disney property. Can I still purchase magic bands or dining plans? Also, I have a 1 yr old & 2 yr old, is there enough for them to do at Epcot or is it better to skip it & double up on a different park?

Greetings and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lauren!

I am so excited that you are bringing your little ones to the most magical place on earth. You are going to have a terrific time.

While Epcot is my favorite theme park, and my 6-year-old daughter also enjoys it very much, I think it would be best for you to plan for two days at Magic Kingdom, where most attractions for infants are located. Your children are going to love Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Mad Tea Party, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and many other classic attractions. A great thing to do at Magic Kingdom is make reservations for breakfast, lunch or dinner at The Crystal Palace. You will be joined by Winnie the Pooh and friends for a fun-filled meal that will delight babies and adults alike.

Although you cannot purchase a Disney Dining Plan if you are not a Guest at a Disney Resort hotel, you can still buy MagicBands for your family. They can be purchased at Disney Store online or at various locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. For your next visit, please consider the benefits of staying at a Disney Resort hotel.
