Hi! We will not be staying at a Disney hotel, and are purchasing tickets through our military ITT office. Can we purchase Magic Bands through the Disney store and link our military admission tickets via My Disney Experience?

    Hi Christella,
Thanks for submitting your question. Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The answer to your question is yes. You can take your green Exchange Certificates that you purchase from your ITT office and enter the number on the back into My Disney Experience as you would for a regular Magic Your Way ticket. This will allow you to make your FastPass+ selections in My Disney Experience. You can also link a Magic Band to your account, allowing you the ease of using that amazing Magic Band at the touch points for FastPass+ and park admission.

Please remember to bring those Exchange Certificates with you when you travel. The codes on the back of your certificates are NOT enough to allow you admission to the park. You MUST exchange those for park tickets upon arrival either at a ticket window at a park or at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney. I would hate for you to miss out on all of the fun because you left those certificates at home. You will also need your military ID to complete the transaction.

Please come back with any additional vacation planning questions!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
