We are not staying at a Disney Hotel and do not have Disney Dining Plan. Since we sill not be using dining credits for our meals- but paying for them instead... Can I still buy a child meal for my daughter (10) or even myself if i dont want a huge meal?

    Hi Barbara!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

This is a good question.  The official line is that children under nine should order from the Child's Menu, but I always find that unless you ask, you may not receive !  The Cast Members at Walt Disney World always try to accommodate requests, and I am sure you would have no problem with ordering as you wish to.

Moms Panelist Anna has answered this question, and I hope you will find her answer useful.

If you have any further questions, please come back and ask - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
