    Since we are not in the States, my magicbands will be waiting at the hotel for us? On the My Disney Experience can I put other adress? I gonna stay some days in New York before my arrival to Disney.

    Hi Jennifer! Disney has been working on issues about mailing out the Magic Bands to guests who might not be at their home when they are due to arrive. In the future they hope to be able to have guests put their resort address down but not sure if this is current yet. Your best bet is to call the help number, 407-939-5277 to see if they can ship to your resort.

    I did choose an alternate address for shipping of our bands since we were not going to be home at the time of arrival but please make sure the address is current and someone you know will receive it for you in proper time of your arrival. If none of these solutions seem to be good for you, you will be given the option to use the Magic Bands when you check into your resort but they will be the standard gray color ones. I actually don't mind the gray as they go with everything and don't stand out on your wrist as some of the other colors do.
