If I do not use my Southern California Resident Weekday Ticket Offer by May 25, will the amount that I paid for the tickets become a credit to use on future ticket purchases? If so, is there a time frame that I have to make a purchase by?

    Welcome to planDisney, Karen!

There's so much to discover at the Disneyland Resort and an excellent way to do that is with the Southern California Resident Weekday Ticket Offer!

I have great news for you! After speaking to a Cast Member, they confirmed that you can upgrade your current SoCal Ticket(s) to a Standard Theme Park Ticket--as long as they are wholly unused, of course. Moreover, the new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount you paid for your original ticket.

I recommend calling the Tickets phone line at (714) 781-4636 to speak to a Cast Member who can assist you with this ticket upgrade.

While there is no specific time frame to make this upgrade, once your tickets have expired they will disappear from your Disney account. However, as long as you have your Ticket Confirmation Number when you call (you can find this in the email you received after purchasing the tickets) the Cast Member will be able to help you.

And when you are ready, don't forget to make your Theme Park Reservations before you visit!

Karen, did you know that as part of the Disney100 celebration, you can enjoy complimentary digital downloads of all Disney PhotoPass attraction photos? So fun!

I hope this information helps you, Karen! If you have more questions, please visit us again. We love to help!

    Your Pal,
