    I do not have a smart phone and have no intention of getting one, so what do I do about mobile ordering? Can I go to Colombia Harbor House or some other quick service place and order in person like we used to do?

    This is such an important question Patti, and I'm really glad that you've stopped by planDisney to ask us about visiting Walt Disney World Resort - without the aid of a smart device!

    I am SO happy to share with you Patti, that all Guests are welcome to simply walk up in person to Quick Service Dining locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort and order their food in the traditional way.  Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering is simply another pixie-dusted way for Guests to conveniently order... if they should so wish to!

    And now you have me craving a delicious Lobster Roll from the menu at the Columbia Harbour House!  Yum.

    Plus, as just a thought in case you have an older, not quite so smart device, that it might be helpful for you to know that at present the minimum device requirements for using the My Disney Experience Mobile App are Apple iOS13 and above, and for Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above.  

    All that remains is for me to wish you a magical upcoming October vacation to the magic and wonder of Walt Disney World Resort.
