    I do not have a smart phone, I use a flip phone. Can I still get a paper menu at places to eat? Do I have to do mobile Ordering?

    Hi Donna!

    Thanks for sending your question to the planDisney Panel! I spent last week at the Walt Disney World Resort, both the Theme Parks and at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and was able to experience the different dining options available. So to answer your question, while mobile ordering is encouraged, as it reduces contact, there's always going to be an option to order in person. You will find that when you arrive to the quick service locations, there will be Cast Members there to either direct you to order through mobile ordering or will direct you to a register to order, and a paper menu will be provided to you.     Quick Tip: Be sure to check out the Taste of Epcot International Food and Wine Festival currently underway at Epcot! Here you will find many kiosks with delicious drinks and bits!
