I do not have separate ticket numbers yet. I bought the 4 day military MYW ticket which is just pne reservation code. How do I enter that into the app?

Hello there and welcome to planDisney, Rebecca.

I’m Shantel, a military spouse, so I’ll be happy to help you link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. I’ll be honest: Most times, after I’ve purchased my tickets from my local military ticketing office, I’m running back to my car to link them to my account. So, I usually use the My Disney Experience Mobile app to do this. I'll give you instructions on how to link yours through the mobile app. Plus, it will be the perfect time to familiarize yourself with the app so that you are ready to use it once you arrive next month.

After you’ve signed in to your account on the app, you’ll want to click on the three lines at the bottom right-hand corner. This should open your home screen, which will have six different rectangles to choose from. Click the top left box that says ‘My Tickets & Passes’. From there, you will click on the blue ‘+’ sign at the top of the screen. Select ‘Link Tickets & Passes’, and that is where you can use your camera to capture the reservation code, or click over to ‘Type ID’ to type it in. I usually just type it in. After you’ve done that, it will open up your purchase and allow you to link each theme park ticket to its rightful owner.

Rebecca, after you’ve linked your tickets to your My Disney Experience Account, you are going to want to go ahead and schedule your theme park reservations as well. This can also be done using the mobile app by selecting the ‘+’ sign at the bottom center of the homescreen. This will expand a new menu with a bunch of different options. Select ‘Make or Modify Park Reservations’ and go ahead and schedule the days you will be visiting. Keep in mind, you will do this four times to cover your 4-day ticket!

I hope this helps complete your Walt Disney World vacation preparation. Don’t forget to schedule any dining reservations if you are looking to experience any of those while you’re here as well. Have a magical time, and if there’s anything else we can help with, don’t hesitate to ask!

    Thanks again for your service.
