    I can not seem to find the online payment option under my Disney Experience. I have tried help menus and it seems to be an endless circle with no option to pay...help! It is almost as if the button to make payments has disappeared.

    Thanks for your question! It is one a number of guests are asking right now. According to the Walt Disney World cast member I spoke with earlier this week, the online payment option is temporarily unavailable in My Disney Experience due to an ongoing major upgrade to Disney's online reservation system.

    The cast member apologized for the inconvenience and said the option is expected to return soon. In the short term, you can make payments at 407.939.7675.
