It's wonderful to see you here with us at planDisney! It's also wonderful to see that you're interested in joining the
Disneyland Resort Magic Key Program.
One of the benefits of the Magic Key Program available to California Residents is the option to select monthly payments as a payment option. It sounds, though, like you're not seeing that option available to you when you're looking to purchase your Magic Key Pass.
One quick tip I would offer is to make sure you sign in to your Disneyland account with your profile that contains your correct address.
When you visit the pages to purchase a Magic Key, you might see a prompt similar to "Special products and prices available for California Residents and Southern California Residents." When you follow the link, it should display options available to California Residents and a prompt to update your account profile.
Updating your account profile is easy. When you view the
Disneyland account page, you should see a "Welcome" link at the top of the page that takes you to your
profile page. The "Account Settings" area gives you a space to manage your residential addresses for shipping and billing.
