Should I take 4 y/o to the Not so scary Halloween party? This is our 1st trip to Disney. I feel like we already have so much to do and see. Not sure if this is something we should save for next trip or fit in this time.

Hi, Mandy!   If you already have a full schedule, I would skip Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.   I love this event, and it is one of my favorite parades, but with a little mouseketeer in your group, a full schedule, and so many other things to enjoy, save your time and money for when your child is a bit older.    Although my kids love the party now (they are 7 and 10,) when they were smaller, the party was a bit scary for them.   There really isn't anything super scary, but it might seem that way to a small child, especially if this is a first Disney trip!

Save Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party for you next trip - it will give you the perfect reason to return to the magic!   Have a wonderful first WDW vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
