Hi Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
In just a few more days you will be having a hauntingly ghoul time at
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. How fun! Your little guy is in for a spook-tacular time as he trick-or-treats his way around
Magic Kingdom Park, but don't worry, mom and dad can get in on all the fun as well!
While costumes for adults are not allowed during normal operating hours, adult Guests are welcome to don their Halloween attire for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. There are
some guidelines that Guests ages 14 and older will want to follow for the party and they can all be found at the link I just included (just scroll down to "Dressing for Special Events"). You are welcome to wear a cape, but it will need to be on the shorter side since they can't go below the waist. Your kiddo's cape can be longer, however. I encourage you to read through the guidelines prior to your visit, then channel your inner Vampirina and rock your costumes!
Have a spook-tastic vacation, Jennifer! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
