Hey there, Gina!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We’re so happy you’re hEAR with a question!
If your plans have changed but you already purchased your ticket, you still have options to visit the parks at a later date! Unused single day tickets and wholly unused multi-day tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of the expiration date printed on the ticket. If your ticket expires before you have a chance to use it, don’t worry! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of special event tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply visit a Main Entrance ticket booth, or a
Guest Relations location in a theme park to apply any eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
Unfortunately, your unused ticket funds may not be used at Walt Disney World in Florida. The Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom are similar in many ways, but they are two different theme parks and are run independently. If you have your heart set on a vacation to Walt Disney World, tickets can easily be purchased
online or from the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you’d like some extra help call (407) WDISNEY (407- 934-7639) to speak to a Walt Disney World vacation planning expert.
I hope you found this to be helpful! Head back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions! We’re all EARS!
