Hey there, Ann!
It's wonderful to hear you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation in your future. There's so much magic awaiting you, and I hope you get to experience all of it.
It sounds like you have made a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation over the phone, and you have not yet received any email confirmation. Typically, you should get an email confirmation that can take up to 48 hours to receive. I'm hopeful that perhaps you have already received the confirmation email by the time this reply reaches you. If not, one suggestion is to take a look in your "spam" or "junk" email folders to see if the email landed there. If you still haven't received an email confirmation, you might want to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort by calling them at (407) 934-7639 to ask them to resend the email confirmation.
Ann, one additional suggestion I'll offer is to take a look in your
My Disney Experience account and look at your "
My Plans" page to see if your Resort reservation is listed there. If not, you can also use the "Link a Reservation" button and the
"Link a Resort Reservation to Your Account" feature to enter the confirmation number you have. If you're looking for an easy access reference for all your plans and reservations, I think the
My Disney Experience mobile app is the best approach to take. You'll have your Resort reservation available for quick reference, and you can take advantage of all the other convenient features in the app, including mobile food ordering, directions and maps, and the
Disney MagicMobile Service that enables you to use your mobile device for theme park entry.
Ann, please do come back to planDisney with any questions you have as you put together your vacation plans. We're always happy to offer tips and ideas based on our own Disney destination vacations.
Here's wishing you lots of magic in your day today!
Jerry
