    I have not received my ticket. I go to the park on June 22, 2016. What should I do. The ticket are appearing only in my WDW site account.

    Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week.

    When you arrive at Disneyland Resort, you can go to any ticket booth located outside of Disneyland Park. The cast members there can take a look at your account and issue you your Park Tickets. Or, if you’d like to talk to a Cast Member prior to your visit, you can always give Guest Relations a call and they can look into your account.
