Hi there, Maura! Thanks for swinging by planDisney with your question. I bet you’re super excited to be at the Happiest Place on Earth soon – just a few more sleeps and the magic begins!
Maura, your
reservation is tied to your
ticket, so when they scan your ticket to enter the parks, they will be able to see you have a reservation. You can also confirm you have a reservation in two places:
1. In the
Disneyland mobile app, click on Future Plans
2. On the
Disneyland website, go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations
I would love to offer a few tips based on my experience visiting the parks during the busier summer season:
~ If you haven’t already, you can add
Disney Genie+ to your day once you have entered through the turnstiles. In my opinion it is truly worth the value you get, as you will save hours of time using the shorter queues called
Lightning Lanes. There are 19 attractions across the two parks with Lightning Lanes included in Genie+, plus an additional 3 attractions with Individual Lightning Lanes for a la carte purchase. We have been able to use 12-14 Lightning Lanes in a single day and get on attractions within 10 minutes of getting in line!
~ Bring a reusable water bottle with you, as there are several refilling stations throughout the parks. You can search for the locations in the Disneyland mobile app. Staying hydrated is important!
~
Mobile ordering has become a favorite for my family. Most quick-service restaurants have mobile ordering, and you can schedule a return time window to pick up your food and beverages! You’ll save a ton of time not waiting in line. In the app, click on Mobile Food Orders to get started. One of our favorite snacks is the
Quantum Pretzel at Pym Test Kitchen – it’s quite large and perfect for four of us to share (make sure to get the cheese sauce!)
Maura, I hope you have the most magical vacation ever!
