Welcome to planDisney, Ann!
I am so sorry to hear that you have not received your theme park tickets. I am sure that this is very frustrating. I wish I could wave a magic wand to make them appear! But as luck would have it, I have not received one from a Fairy Godparent, yet. However, there are a few suggestions and options that I can offer for finding those missing tickets to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
The first and easiest option is to check your spam/junk mail folder. Sometimes park tickets make a little detour. If your junk mail looks anything like mine, I am sure there is a lot to sort through. You will be looking for an email from Disney Destinations. If you find the email, it will include a confirmation number and ticket barcodes.
No email? Well, Hakuna Matata, Ann. There are still a few options to find the missing tickets, no search party is required. If you have created a My Disney Experience account, be sure to log in and see if your tickets are already linked. You will find them listed under My Plans. Should the tickets be listed here, you can use any active
MagicBand linked to the account, or create a
MagicMobile pass for theme park entrance. You can also pick up a ticket admission card at the Guest Relations location at the front of each theme park or at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel.
If your tickets are not located through email or in My Disney Experience, I recommend
reaching out to a friendly Cast Member with Existing Tickets. They will be able to assist you in getting the ticket ID numbers and linking them to your account. If you did not buy your tickets directly through Disney, you would need to contact the vendor that you purchased the admission from.
Finally, I want to mention that if you requested your tickets be mailed to you, the standard shipping time is 14 days.
Once you have received your ticket information be sure to make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. Currently, all four theme parks do require a reservation in addition to a valid park ticket. I also suggest downloading the
My Disney Experience mobile app before your big adventure. This convenient planning tool will give you access to real-time park updates,
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, and the newest feature,
Disney Genie.
I hope that these tips and recommendations help you continue to plan the best day ever!
We'll see ya real soon!
