    We have not received 2 of our Magic bands yet. They are ordered, but there is a shipping delay. We leave 11/12. What do we do if they don’t arrive before we leave?

    I am excited that you are planning a Walt Disney World vacation! I love using a MagicBand as my key to unlock the magic on my Walt Disney World vacations. I have over 50 MagicBands, so you can see that I love them! I am sorry to hear that your MagicBand order has not arrived yet, but it may arrive before your vacation begins.

    If your MagicBands don't arrive before your Walt Disney World vacation, you can purchase a new MagicBand at many Walt Disney World stores in the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs on your Walt Disney World vacation. Also, you may want to purchase the new MagicBand+, which has some exciting new features, including customizable color-changing lights, haptic vibrations that bring experiences to life, and gesture recognition. You can also purchase a MagicBand+ through shopDisney and have it shipped to your house before your Walt Disney World vacation begins. 

    I hope your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is magical in every way!
