    I still have not received an email regarding my MagicBand+ order? I placed the order nearly a week ago and the order still states “In Progress.” I hoped to get them before this weekend so I could surprise my fiancé on her birthday.

    Welcome back to planDisney! The long-anticipated arrival of MagicBand+ is finally here! The great new features of this magical accessory include fun interactions with the Fab 50 Character Collection, virtual bounty hunting in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, and they even come alive with the new nighttime spectaculars. Your new MagicBand+ will also offer the same great convenience as MagicBands, with seamless access to the theme parks, the ability to open your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room, and the option to make food and merchandise charges to your room, all with the tap of the wrist. 

    If you are a Guest of a Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel and placed the order for your new MagicBand+ through your My Disney Experience account, takes a few days to personalize your band after you place your order. Once your MagicBand+ ships, the status of your order will show as Shipped in your account, and there will be a tracking number for you to view. You should also receive a shipping confirmation email once your MagicBand+ is on the way. Right now, the estimated shipping time is about ten business days after your bands are personalized unless otherwise noted in the confirmation email sent when the order is placed. 

    Eric, if you placed the order for your MagicBand+ through shopDisney, the current shipping time is about 5-7 business days, based on your delivery location. You can check the status of orders placed through shopDisney on the website or through the confirmation email you received when the order was placed. 

    I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for pixie dust and that your bands will arrive before the big celebration!
