Hi Marilyn,
Welcome to planDisney! I am always happy to greet a fellow
Annual Passholder!
I first have to ask an obvious question - did you renew your annual passes? We had to login and renew ours. If you had annual passes during the theme park closure, the expiration dates of your annual passes were probably extended. Log into
My Disney Experience, click on My Plans and then click on Tickets & Memory Maker (left-hand side of the screen). Once you click on Tickets & Memory Maker, you should be able to see your existing annual passes. Check the expiration dates.
If you have the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, it might be easier to check your annual pass expiration dates there. Just open the app and click on the three bars on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. From there you should be able to click on Tickets and Passes to see your annual passes. Our annual passes were extended because of the park closures. So, you will need to check your annual pass expiration dates to see if yours are still valid.
If your annual passes have expired, you may need to purchase
theme park tickets to enter the parks because new annual pass sales are currently paused. Before purchasing theme park tickets, however, I do suggest you contact the
V.I.PASSHOLDER line to speak with a Cast Member about your passes.
Know also that all Guests need to have a park pass reservation to enter a theme park. To make
Disney Park Pass system reservations, you will need valid theme park admission linked in your My Disney Experience account. Since park pass reservations are limited, I suggest that you check the
theme park reservation availability calendar if you have not done so already. Also check the
annual pass information page to see updates related to annual passes.
Marilyn, I trust that you will get your annual pass issue resolved! We cannot wait to welcome you to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
