    How come I have not received the annual passes magnets since I got the annual pass?

    Hello Conny! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by to see us! Congratulations on being an Annual Passholder. Now that many have chosen to return to the magic, you must be so excited to have done so as well! 
    I did some research into your question and was able to find some information on the newest Annual Passholder magnets on the Passholder Extras page! These magnets will be mailed to Passholders in early summer, and each household will receive two. 
    If you do not receive your magnets or have any further questions, simply navigate to the VIPassholder support page, where you can find the phone number you’ll want to dial if you wish to speak to someone directly! With all the perks and features available to you, being an Annual Passholder is simply spectacular! I hope you can enjoy it to the fullest this summer.
