    Can I not receive tickets in the mail? That way I feel more comfortable knowing I will not have any trouble getting in? TY

    Welcome to planDisney! I am super excited to be answering your planning question about your November vacation. I love visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays! The decorations always get me in the holiday spirit, and I always leave my vacation feeling extra magical.

    Now, if it is any comfort, I’ve used Disney MagicMobile Service many times before and have never experienced an issue with Theme Park entry, but I completely understand your hesitation with not having physical tickets before your visit. You spend so much time and effort planning the perfect vacation that you just want to make sure that everything goes smoothly. At the current time, there is no way to change the delivery method you designated when your purchased your tickets and have them delivered to you in the mail. So if you asked for emailed Theme Park tickets, that is, unfortunately, the only way to get them at this point. However, if you really want a physical Theme Park Ticket card, I recommend stopping by a ticket window at one of the four Theme Parks or Disney Springs when you get to Orlando. The Cast Member will be able to provide you with a ticket card for free, and you can use that card for entry into the Theme Parks. I have done this several times before because I love collecting ticket cards. Walt Disney World Resort released special designs for the 50th Anniversary Celebration, making them a fun keepsake of your vacation.

    One last thing, have you reserved your Disney Park Pass Reservations yet?! To enter the Theme Parks, you will need both valid Theme Park Tickets and a Disney Park Pass Reservation for each day of your visit. It hurts my heart when Guests forget to get these in advance and, despite having purchased tickets, cannot enjoy the Most Magical Place on Earth. Please do me a huge favor and confirm that you have your reservations in your My Disney Experience account. It will help us both breathe a little easier.
