Hiya, Rodolfo!
Welcome to planDisney, friend! I am so very glad that you stopped by with your Walt Disney World Resort ticket question. I am hoping that faith, trust, and pixie dust have headed your way and that you have already received your tickets to The Most Magical Place on Earth as you read this message. But if you still have not received your tickets, here are some helpful tips for recovering your magical purchase so you can get back to planning the best trip ever!
If your theme park tickets were
purchased through the Walt Disney World website, there are typically two options for delivery listed at checkout, email or International Express for Guests residing outside of the U.S.. Tickets that are delivered via email typically arrive in your inbox within 24 hours. Be sure to check the Spam/Junk mailbox just in case your purchase got a little lost on the way. Your tickets may also be linked to your
My Disney Experience account. You can check the
My Plans tab of the My Disney Experience drop-down menu on the Walt Disney World website or the
Tickets and Passes tile on the My Disney Experience mobile app to see if your tickets are already linked and ready to use. When selecting
International Express Shipping during checkout, an automatically populated date will appear. This is the date that your tickets will arrive
After. If this date has not passed, your tickets are still on the way! Once the date has passed, be sure to check your email for shipping confirmation. You can use this information to track your order once the tickets are on the way.
So what to do if you didn't receive your tickets through email or by mail? I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast member with
Existing Tickets by phone, or you can send an email to ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com.
Finally, if you purchased your tickets through a third-party vendor or travel agency, I would suggest reaching out to them directly to get an up-to-date status on your order.
Once you have received your tickets and finalized your travel dates, don't forget to make your
Park Pass reservations. All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. Some dates
may offer limited availability due to popularity, so be sure to cross this step off of your magical to-do list as soon as possible.
I hope that your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
We'll see ya real soon!
