Disneyland Paris has arrived, how exciting! I am so happy that you will be exploring the magical lands across both Disney Parks, and I am a little jealous that I am not there myself right now! Let’s jump straight into your question.
When booking a Hotel + Ticket Package, you can link your reservation to the
Disneyland Paris app. In the app, tap "Account" and then select "Link Tickets or Booking", and follow the prompts for a hotel booking. You will need the booking reference from your confirmation email to do this. Once linked, you will see information about your
Disney Hotel, and 7 days before your arrival, your park tickets will appear in the app under "My Tickets & Passes".
If you are having trouble finding your tickets and you are already at Disneyland Paris, I recommend speaking to a Cast Member at your Disney Hotel’s front desk. They can provide you with a physical MagicPass, which will include your park ticket for each day of your stay.
You're visiting at a very exciting time, as Disneyland Park is currently hosting a seasonal show taking place multiple times throughout the day just in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle.
A Million Splashes of Colour is a vibrant and upbeat show featuring lots of characters and some of the best Disney music. We loved experiencing this on our most recent visit!
